It's Spring Around Here!

It was an absolutely beautiful weekend! The birds are chirping and spring is in the air! We managed to get Molly all set up with some new horse "equipment"...new boots, breeches, helmet, and gloves. Matt got his drum set for his upcoming birthday, I got some great Mexican food and the dogs both got bathes!

Stan and Drew are headed to Austin for the big UT vs. KU basketball game tomorrow night. They are both psyched up! Drew's Jr. High basketball team plays their big district championship game this Wednesday night. They are playing a team that they've already beat by 20pts. He plays starting point guard on a good little team and they've gone undefeated! It's been fun! Now it's on to golf!

Before I started this blog, I was following quite a few other blogs and thought "how much fun"! Once I started with my own...not so much fun! You see, the other blogs all have cute little babies that they take pictures of every hour and then post their first smile, steps, word, etc. We're onto bigger discussions, like presidential nominations, premarital sex, and why we don't spend our money like the neighbors. Tough stuff! I thought 3 in diapers was hard! The good news is thru all of it, there are plenty of laughs!

I'll try and find some pictures to post...not of the first smile, but maybe the first smile with the braces off?
